A versatile metal detector designed for both beginners and more advanced prospectors. It is ideal for effectively searching for metal objects, gold, silver, including coins, militaria, jewellery and other valuables found underground.
The KD10409 is equipped with a precision waterproof coil with a diameter of 8 inches (approximately 200 mm). Thanks to the use of low-frequency waves, the coil is highly accurate in finding even very small objects. Detection of metal is indicated by an audible signal and information on the display.
The detector has an LCD display, which shows the numerical target range and signal strength. The aluminium telescopic arm allows the detector's height to be adjusted to suit the user's height. Searching comfort is also enhanced by the comfortable forearm grip, which can be removed and converted into a paddle.
The model is equipped with a metal discrimination function, thanks to which the detector is able to distinguish between ferrous and non-ferrous metals (gold, silver, copper, aluminium, zinc, lead, platinum). As a result, it is possible to filter out small objects such as caps, shells or debris.
